Jose “Chille” DeCastro had an active, yet vapid weekend where he livestreamed multiple times, sold around 10 “indestructible” trifolds and managed to fill most of the weekend with words, when real changes were being made by his protégé, Heather Chandler.
Chandler is a woman from Duncan, Oklahoma, who DeCastro claimed that was recruited by her to come to Duncan to help defend her from a supposedly abusive police officer. According to Chandler, that officer arrested her for a DUI offense and then pulled her over several times as she was riding her bicycle.
DeCastro and Chandler attempted to portray the Duncan, Oklahoma, police force as corrupt and the officer who pulled her over multiple times as a “creepy stalker.”
The diminutive YouTuber also started a GoFundme in Chandler’s name, with all funds going out to help “secure a strong legal defense, cover mounting court fees and expenses and shine light on misconduct and protect others from the same abuse.”
DeCastro spent roughly a week in Duncan as the GoFundMe ultimately brought in about $185.00 from his 667,000 YouTube subscribers. The YouTuber spent about a week declaring his outrage, promising to fight until justice was served.
He later returned to Los Angeles, then seemed to lose interest in Duncan, Chandler, and justice.
In the meantime, part of Chandler’s story was that her license was unjustly suspended because she refused to take blood or breath screening as part of the arrest. DeCastro continued this story during his stay in Duncan, despite court records indicating that her license suspension was stayed by the court on August 28, 2025, more than a week before DeCastro’s visit.
Following DeCastro’s exit from the area, Chandler’s attorney, Clinton D. Russell, motioned to and had his motion granted on September 25, 2025, to withdraw from her defense. Russell cited a mutual “agreement of the parties” as reasoning to leave the case.
On September 26, 2025, Chandler submitted a Motion to Compel Discovery, Preservation Order and for Sanctions or Exclusion if Materials are not Produced.
In the document Chandler is seeking information as to why her license was reported as suspended even though it was valid until April 30, 2025.
She’s also seeking footage from the jail where she says she was denied a request for a breath test at the jail, despite waiving that ability at the scene of the arrest.
Further, she’s seeking AVL/GPS location data and vehicle speed logs to prove her theory that the officer involved in the arrest lied about the nature of the stop, implying that it was a coordinated and pre-mediated arrest of Chandler.
The documents share similarities to DeCastro’s own AI generated documents, with formatting errors and general prose styling of an AI document. DeCastro himself boldly proclaimed that he uses multiple AI agents to produce documents in the four Federal lawsuits he’s currently involved in.
Chandler’s apparent switch to pro se status and the reliance on AI to produce her work also bring questions about her GoFundMe. DeCastro, who set the fund up for Chandler, implicitly stated that all the funds would be going to her legal defense. With her apparent AI usage free, Chandler may revisit her need for the $3,500.00 she’s requesting in the crowdfunding campaign.
As far as DeCastro, he spent the weekend producing “teaching” livestreams, where he focused on his versions of the history of specific laws, and livestreams showcasing what he said was police abuse.
DeCastro’s promised 8-9 hour “marathon” he said was scheduled for Saturday never materialized.
