SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes was in familiar territory on Tuesday as he livestreamed from outside of the Danielson Superior court in Danielson, Connecticut, where he claimed that his felony voyeurism charge stemming from a July arrest was dropped.
In his statement in front of the courthouse on Tuesday, Reyes explained that he and his cameraman were no longer facing the charge of felony voyeurism as State’s Attorney John Fahey, no relation to Bryan Fahey, decided not to pursue that charge.
Because the state would be able to refile that charge at a later date, Reyes explained that his attorney demanded and was later granted a full dismissal of the charge.
With the main charge dismissed, both Reyes and his cameraman are facing trespassing and breach of the peace charges. Reyes added that his attorney would be filing a motion to dismiss the remaining charges against him.
The YouTuber has also demanded that Bryan Fahey for felony threatening, as he claims that Bryan Fahey said, “I’ll shoot him right now” on the recording of a 911 call from a July incident that sparked the charges.
Declaring that John Fahey was a “tyrant,” he spoke out against the charges and questioned the character, morality and integrity of the State’s Attorney. He continued, calling John Fahey “corrupt” and promising an investigation into the man in the future.
Reyes declared that despite a restraining order against him, he will be speaking at Bryan Fahey’s next court date in opposition of Fahey taking a plea deal for the disorderly conduct charge. He made accusations, without proof, that Fahey had a long history of assault and violating people’s rights as part of his former job, and demanded jailtime for Fahey because of the incident.
The popular YouTuber was arrested over the summer when he took his $150,000.00 electronic billboard truck and a cameraman to do an ambush style interview of then Connecticut State Trooper Bryan Fahey.
The rotund YouTuber was already suing Fahey and other officers for incidents at Fahey’s workplace where Reyes was denied entry into the building. Reyes and the cameraman ignored private road signs to go to Fahey’s house and ultimately confront the officer.
Fahey brandished a weapon while being on the phone to police during the incident between himself and Reyes and at one point appeared to spit in Reyes’ face.
When police arrived, Reyes insisted that someone be arrested for the incident. He was outraged when he and his cameraman were arrested. No charges were filed against Fahey at the time, but after resigning from the police force, Fahey was charged with disorderly conduct.
Reyes has pulled in $52,869.00 to a GoFundMe campaign set up to help with the costs of fighting his charges as of press time.
Reyes’ begging brought him mixed results as he made $20.00 in new donations to his Help Me Fight These Unlawful Charges & Injustice fund to take Wednesday’s title. No other campaigns that we follow received donations for the day.
