August saw SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’ dominance of the crowd sourcing market continued as recession fears and a sheer lack of enthusiasm for other campaigns have again devastated funding for other campaigns.
A total of $5,079 was donated to five campaigns in the month and for the second straight month, the majority of the money went to campaigns funded by Reyes.
Reyes’ Help Me Fight These Unlawful Charges & Injustice (formerly Stand with me to Hold Bryan Fahey Accountable) won the month outright with a $3,184.00 total take. While the campaign has had a significant decline since last month, where it pulled in over $45,000.00, his exploitation of the situation with a former Connecticut state trooper is expected to propel the campaign for the foreseeable future.
Likewise, his Support the Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption campaign benefited from its association with the controversy, as it is considered to be Reyes’ generic fund and is promoted on all of his videos. That fund took in $1,590.00 for the month.
Third place went to our own ReallyCoolSite On-Going Expenses fund, which took in a single donation of $200.00. Followed by Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s Time to Sue the corrupt Unprincipled Judge Ann Zimmerman fund, which took in a single donation of $100.00.
That Randall S. “The Unhinged Attorney” Newman, Esq.’s Help Us Sue the Exposer for DMCA Violations saw a single $5.00 donation for the month before the campaign was shut down and all money was refunded for unspecified reasons.
Turning to cumulative tallies for the year, Reyes’ Help Me Fight These Unlawful Charges & Injustice fund has taken in $51,356.00 in donations for the year, inching closer to its overall $55,000.00 goal.
The now discontinued Help Bao Secure Legal Representation fund remains in second place with a total of $5,790 for the year. The campaign went over its $6,500.00 goal before being discontinued.
Lane Myer’s Legal Defense GiveSendGo account brought in $6,453.00 out of its $30,000.00 goal for the year and bringing its lifetime total donations to $9,102.00. Myers apparently no longer needs the fund as his pending legal matters have been resolved, and he has reportedly returned to work in HVAC repair.
SeanPaul Reyes’ Support the Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption campaign takes the fourth spot, bringing in $5,827.00 for the year. Its current $58,110.00 lifetime tally surpasses its goal of $55,000.00 in donations.
Our own ReallyCoolSite On-Going Expenses fund now stands at $5,535.00 in donations for the year, with a lifetime tally of $11,680.00 out of a $20,000.00 goal.
Sixth place goes to Craig Hendry’s To Support Craig’s Work fund, which brought in $1,949.00 for the year, with a lifetime total of $7,230.00 and a stated goal of $4,000.00.
Seventh Place saw Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s Time to Sue the corrupt Unprincipled Judge Ann Zimmerman fund remain stable for the month with a yearly take of $1,680.00 out of a $5,000.00 goal.
SeanPaul Reyes returns to take eighth place for the year and stands at $1,000.00 for the year, with $5,579.00 brought in during its lifetime out of a $10,000.00 goal.
A YouTuber’s non-discontinued fund for travel expenses to go to Michael “Frauditor Wrangler” Kaiser’s sentencing hearing remains in ninth place, with a $350.00 take for the year out of a $1,000.00 goal.
Finally, Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s Craig’s Freedom Depends on Your Help fund holds on to the final slot with $285.00 taken in for the year out of a $15,000.00 goal. This campaign, while still open, is no longer needed as Craig Hendry found private donations towards his bond and is currently free.
