Monday saw the return of Jeremiah Payne to YouTube and the release of another produced video where he accused Clarksville, Tennessee, police of a continuation of a “harassment campaign” that he has claimed that made him consider moving to Nashville.
In Payne’s new video, labeled “More Tranny From The Clarksville Tennessee Police Department,” on-screen text states that a bus let Payne and his family off a bus in a Wal-Mart parking lot and his family were walking to the sidewalk when he was approached by a female police officer.
A female police officer had pink copies of a trespass notice in her hand as she approached the family, briefly petting their dog Skittles with a male officer several feet behind her, before starting the interaction.
The officer, whose name tag indicated that she was Officer G. Brisson, said that Wal-Mart noticed that the family was on Wal-Mart property after previously being trespassed from that property.
Jeremiah Payne cut the officer off and said that his family was going to the bus stop and that the family needed to go on the property to access the public stop. The officer replied that she had a copy of a police issued trespass notice to serve as a reminder that the Paynes could no longer go on the property, including to the bus stop.
Officer Brisson explained that as long as the Paynes stayed off of the property, they would not be arrested. Samantha Payne had the officer clarify that the sidewalk around the property was city property and that they would not be arrested for using the sidewalk.
Once Officer Brisson said that the police were issuing their own trespass, Jeremiah Payne stated, “so I’ll sue you.” He then demanded the names and badge numbers from both officers.
Jeremiah Payne refused to accept the copies of the trespass notice from Officer Brisson. Samantha Payne accepted the notice instead with Officer Brisson making it clear that they did not have to accept the physical notices to be trespassed from the property as they were verbally informed of the trespass.
Enraged, Jeremiah Payne demanded to know why the police were now trespassing the Payne Family after Wal-Mart had already issued a trespass. Officer Brisson responded that Wal-Mart asked for a police issued trespass after seeing the Paynes on their property.
Payne’s video does not make it clear when the events occurred. The description of the video read, “These tyrants will not stop until they ban me and my family from being able to go anywhere in Clarksville, Tennessee. We were I was already trespassed from Walmart 20 years ago by law. Enforcemeit’s not my fault. The city has a bus stop in the parking lot of Walmart, so the city comes out and bands me from being able to go to the bus stop in Walmart parking lot. Why we don’t know we’ve have not figured that out yet. Maybe other than just because they hate my f****** guts.”
The YouTuber elaborated further on the situation in a response to a question posed by a fan in the comments section, stating, “Because Clarksville transit pays rent for that side of the parking lot so that they can have their bus stop there and there’s literally a bus stop there with a booth so you can set in it if it’s raining. Therefore, it is public property. Listen. To her words, as she says.If we even walk toward walmart they will arrest us Listen. To her words, as she says. If we even walk toward Walmart, they will arrest us.”
According to previous statements by Payne, he has a hearing in Montgomery County, Tennessee, court on Tuesday to meet with representatives of Child Protective Services.
Payne’s video has been seen roughly 271 times and has received six comments as of press time.
