With a look of defiance in his eye, SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes livestreamed on Saturday to recount his harrowing experience Friday afternoon after he was trespassed and arrested after  showing up at the house of Connecticut State Trooper Bryan Fahey.

Reyes disclosed to his fans that his motivation for the visit to Officer Fahey’s house was that he received a tip off from one of Fahey’s co-workers that Fahey was illegally abusing the overtime system at work. According to Reyes, Fahey is employed as a “pistol permit” officer and makes $130,000.00 a year in base salary but has applied for $80,000.00 in overtime.

Fahey is also being sued by Reyes in Federal Court in an active civil rights lawsuit and Reyes has been profiting from the airing of anti-Fahey videos on his channel.

In Saturday night’s livestream, Reyes would admit that Fahey has an active protective order against him that would prevent Reyes from filing a complaint against Fahey at any Connecticut State Police department.

Reyes said he was acting “as any journalist would” when he hired a camera man and drove his $165,000.00 electronic billboard truck to Fahey’s house to “ask him questions” about Fahey’s alleged corruption.

He was shocked, with billboard truck parked displaying anti-Fahey material in view of Fahey’s house, that the state trooper did not accommodate his request for answers when he and his cameraman presented themselves for an ambush style interview.

According to Reyes’ account, Fahey told Reyes to leave, Reyes slowly complied and as tensions escalated Fahey pulled his gun out. The men began screaming at each other and Reyes alleges that Fahey spit directly into his face during the incident.

As the police arrived, the men were separated and Reyes claimed that the officers on the scene were helpful but refused to arrest Fahey for assault as Fahey did not physically injure Reyes.

When Reyes inquired about the consequences of spitting in the face of an officer, he was apparently told that would be a different category as it would involve assault on a state trooper and he would be arrested.

Again enraged, Reyes wanted to know why Fahey was not arrested for his actions and brandishing a weapon. He was instructed that both Fahey and Reyes could be arrested for breaching the peace. When Reyes demanded to be arrested, he and his camera man were arrested at the scene.

Reyes was initially told that his bond would be $10,000.00 but he’d only have to put up $700.00 and his cameraman would be released on an appearance bond. This later ballooned to $75,000.00 for Reyes and $50,000.00 for his camera crew as the charges involved an active state trooper.

A bondsman would later bond out both men and they returned to Long Island late Friday night with both facing charges of breach of peace, criminal trespass and voyeurism. Reyes swore that he would fight the charges and hold the “corrupt” Fahey accountable “even if it means moving to Connecticut.”

Reyes immediately set up a new GoFundMe campaign for his fans to donate to his legal defense. The campaign made $111.00 in donations for Sunday. His Generic “Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption” GoFundMe campaign took the crowd sourcing victory for the day with $286.00 in new donations.

No other campaigns received donations for Sunday’s results.

Reyes’ livestream has been seen 147,653 times, had 6285 concurrent viewers at peak, took in $140.00 in super chat donations, and received 4839 likes as of press time.

The YouTube has promised to release his “full footage” of the incident on Sunday.

Update: A previous version of this story indicated that there was an active protective order in place at the time of arrest. Reyes has since denied this and that the protective order was put in place after the arrest on an emergency basis. We have updated this story based on that new information.

JF Fahey is also being sued by Reyes in Federal Court

Err… so that suit is now dead.

The cop pulled a gun on two psychopaths who refused to leave his property and arrived in the middle of the night?
The mysterious thing the sovcits keep harping about? Common law? Says a man may be killed for trespassing on your property at night for clearly they are up to no good but should they be there during the day, they may have mistaken intent and should be allowed to leave.

So basically, LIA tried to terrorize a law enforcement officer who he is suing. So the court, in allowing the suit to proceed would be thus allowing for the terroristic tactics to be some how accepted by the court? The only remedy would be to toss out the suit immediately, issue a PPO against LIA from going near the officer or his family or his home, and send LIA back to jail for a very long time.

See the disconnect here is that some people think he was right in doing what he did. Free speech and first amendment and all that. The rest of us, see this as merely a ploy to harass, intimidate and terrorise,
Does LIA not follow lame meyers? Maybe he should.

The ultimate end for all of these people is a very long prison sentence. And that is so very sad. Most of these so called auditors are merely odd, in need of attention, medical help or lots of legal prescribed drugs for what is clearly a mental health issue. Sadly, they will not accept that so jail then prison is their career path. In today’s story, it will be well earned.

Oh and just for ships and giggles… If the camera guy was a hired freelancer with no previous connection to lIA and thus willing to agree to turn states evidence, he may get off with a lifetime ban from going near the family, LIA? he is going to jail. 75k to get out of jail? That is serious cash… and surprise surprise, LIA had the money on hand to get out! 10% is 7500$ and another 5K for the cameraman… that is a lot of coin to have on hand on a saturday night.

Along with the misrepresentation about a protective order there is another glaring inaccuracy in the statement “parked in view of his house” when it’s abundantly clear from the footage of the incident that the house cannot be seen from the Cul de Sac due to the length of the shared driveway. Why it was worded to imply that should be explained and corrected.
