Marred with video playback issues on his Monday livestream, Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s viewers were presented with an unwatchable experience as they tuned into their beloved master of all auditing.
While the replay of the event would be later corrected by YouTube, viewers tuning into the program late complained as they were presented with a floating hour of the stream, rather than the entire three-hour duration.
DeCastro himself seemed to be less than pleased with YouTube on Monday, blaming workers at the internet Giant for throwing his fans out of his side chat without warning. He went on to say that the “YouTube/China” internet giant was conspiring against him for unknown reasons.
To critics, it was just another night for DeCastro as his production values have tanked since switching to the OBS broadcasting platform. DeCastro’s current internet, despite upgrade, is unable to handle the load of his stream in prime hours from his highly congested downtown Los Angeles location.
Such congestion has forced DeCastro to give up simulcasting his stream on multiple YouTube channels and networks such as Twitter and Tik Tok. Streams frequently hiccup, lose audio and have frame rates in the single digits despite DeCastro’s best efforts to fix problems as they present themselves.
Monday’s effort was nearly unwatchable in live format but seemed to clear itself up hours later when YouTube apparently restored the rest of the video feed. The show itself proving to be yet another below effort collective of DeCastro watching anti-police videos and rehashing his standard tropes.
A new addition to the program came as DeCastro shared long time super donor Chevy’s latest lyrics set to AI generated music. DeCastro feigned interest in the music, which was described as painful to listen to, featuring Chevy’s DeCastro inspired lyrics.
Even casual viewers were forced to move past the segment since DeCastro seemed more intent on pleasing a major donor than presenting a quality production. DeCastro’s decision ultimately proved to be the correct one, as Chevy continued to donate to DeCastro’s needs as overall support seemed to dry up for DeCastro’s crowdsourcing efforts.
DeCastro again failed to draw donations to his crowdsourcing efforts to earn money to sue the lying stinking cheating former Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman. While the suit is actually filed, DeCastro needs more money to fund his purchase of a “Westlaw AI” service, which he says will replace ChatGPT as his primary means to produce legal documents.
Alas for the king of all YouTubers, he was unable to figure out how to display the URL to the GoFundMe and his fans did not have the site bookmarked, resulting in no new donations for the day.
DeCastro was in good company on Monday since no other crowdfunding campaign received donations and the market has apparently returned to goose egg territory.
After the disappointing livestream ended, fans of DeCastro were happy to see that he had scheduled a new livestream for Tuesday night which will apparently feature his new lawsuit against Josh “Accountability for All” Abrams and Dale “Lackluster” Hiller.
DeCastro has been promising to sue Hiller for years now following comments from Hiller disparaging DeCastro’s abilities as an auditor and a constitutional law scholar. DeCastro indicated last week that he would be following through with the lawsuit involving Hiller as the statute of limitations was soon running out for defamation.
Abrams is a more confusing choice for a possible lawsuit as he has previously been sued by DeCastro for defamation. In 2022, DeCastro sued Abrams and YouTuber Kate Peter in federal court on charges that both had stalked, harassed and defamed him over the summer of 2022.
DeCastro would later amend that lawsuit to drop the harassment charges against the pair, to focus on copyright issues. The YouTuber was successful in dropping the charges, however, Abrams and Peter’s counterclaims against him would remain as DeCastro missed a filing deadline.
Eventually the main lawsuit would be dismissed on grounds that DeCastro failed to state a claim against the defendants in the case, including YouTube, and Abrams and Peter would see their counterclaims dismissed without comment.
The diminutive YouTuber would later file a version of the harassment lawsuit in California Superior Court, dropping Abrams from the list of defendants and adding YouTubers Team Skeptic and Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini. A ruling to possibly dismiss that lawsuit is pending at press time.
