After months of delays due to sex tours, random court rescheduling, snowstorm cancelations and temporary fugitive from justice statuses, Floyd Wallace reported to Oklahoma’s Cleveland County Jail.
Wallace had a plea deal in place for months, that would see him plead guilty on one count of obstructing an officer from a 2023 incident where Wallace was performing an audit on behalf of Jose “Chille” DeCastro in the parking lot of the police station located near the Cleveland County jail.
In that incident, Wallace was acting strangely around parked police vehicles on a livestream and was confronted by a local police officer. He then refused to comply and was taken into custody briefly, before being released to return to the parking lot to rant on a second livestream later that day.
Wallace skipped his final hearing to impose the plea deal as he said he overslept but later found out that the Cleveland County courts were closed due to winter weather that day. He did not contact the sheriff’s office or the court to tell them that he was delayed and simply thought that the court would reschedule without contact on his part.
That was not the case. A warrant was issued for Wallace’s arrest that would become a felony conviction after thirty days if he didn’t turn himself into police. This weekend saw Wallace raise money for a trip to Oklahoma where he would presumably turn himself into his attorney and then see a judge to figure out what happened next. Somehow, he ended up in Columbus, Ohio, and made the long journey to Oklahoma, arriving on Tuesday instead of Monday.
Wallace met with his attorney on Tuesday and saw a judge where he pleaded guilty to the single charge. He received a suspended sentence of one year and one day, 30 days in county jail and approximately $518.23 in fines and court costs. He was taken into custody and immediately began his sentence in county jail yesterday afternoon.
The YouTuber is expected to spend up to two weeks of his 30-day sentence in county jail. As previously reported, Jason Dollarhide, whose wife made allegations of sexual assault against Wallace in 2023, was also being held in the Cleveland County Jail as of Tuesday afternoon. It is unclear if the two will be put in a situation where they will interact.
This is an on-going news story.
